What do we do?

We are a Vancouver, BC based private clinical practice in speech-language pathology and offer assessment, treatment, and consult services to communicatively impaired adults and children. We are the oldest private practice in Speech-Language Pathology in BC, and have established referral networks to other professionals, such as psychologists, special educators, community health team, and physio-occupational therapists. We use a holistic, pragmatic approach to therapy, and incorporate art and music therapies where applicable. We offer services at our office, or in other venues, such as hospitals, care facilities, and schools, if the client cannot travel to our office. We offer services in Cantonese, American Sign Language, and computer assisted augmentative communication strategies.

Who do we see?

Our preferred areas of practice include: neurogenic disorders, acquired brain-injuries, learning disabilities, and developmental delays. We assess and treat adults with strokes and brain-injuries, and children with learning, developmental, neurogenic, and brain-injury problems that affect their speech and language skills.
